After attending San Jose State University, serving time in the military and graduating from Central State University in Edmond, E.E. “Gene” Dillard began his banking career in 1969. During his fifty plus year banking career, Mr. Dillard has successfully managed several banks in Oklahoma, improving each one during his time there making them more efficient and more profitable. He has a proven track record that continues today as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Pryor Holding Company and as an advisory director for First Pryority Bank.
Mr. Dillard’s additional banking education includes graduating from the Graduate School of Banking of the South in 1983 and a Professional Masters of Banking from Louisiana State University in 1995. Mr. Dillard is married to his wonderful bride and has three children; as well as several grandchildren.
